1. Offer:

2. Quality:
   Our goal is to find the best products for you from the large selection offered by the suppliers. Among our extremely discerning and health-conscious customers are many therapists who greatly appreciate the quality and purity of our products.
3. Delivery period:
   Everything that you order before 12 noon will be sent out on the same workday. You will be informed if an article is not in stock.
4. Shipping charges:
   Charges for packaging and shipping within Germany are EUR 4.95. Delivery within Germany is free when the order exceeds EUR 60.00. Charges for deliveries to Austria, the Benelux countries, Denmark, Italy, France and Great Britain are EUR 9.95, to all other countries EUR 17.95.
5. Claims:
   Must be filed for in writing within seven days after receipt of the goods.
6. Methods of payment:
   You can pay in comfort per invoice (payable within 14 days after receipt of goods). A transfer form is included with the invoice. For a first order within Germany for goods exceeding EUR 240.00 and for deliveries outside Germany, we request advance payment or a direct debit authorization (direct debit with 2% discount). For transfers outside Germany please take note of the additional remittance fees charged by your bank!
7. Demand note:
   If we have not received payment within 14 days after delivery you will receive an automatic demand note. This will add a charge of EUR 2.50 to your bill.
