DermaVit GmbH + Co KG assures you that all data given to us by you will be treated with the utmost care and that in the collection, processing and use of your personal data our company acts in accordance with current and valid data protection regulations and other legal requirements. Our data protection policy is in accord with the BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act) and the TMG (German Teleservices Act).

On the order form we ask our customers for personal data which, together with the other details of your order, we receive when you send the order form to us. The only personal data we receive is what you provide us with. The data collected is used exclusively for our own business purposes.

If you register to receive the newsletter, you agree to our using your e-mail address for our own internal advertising until such time as you cancel the newsletter.

In order that you can be recognized at your next online visit, we use ‘cookies’. You have the right to ask, free of charge, for information on the personal data stored pertaining to yourself. Further to this you have the right to recall at any moment the further storage of personal data pertaining to yourself. In the case of such a request, your personal data will be deleted unless the relevant data are still necessary for completion of the provisions of the contract relationship and/or for any operation of law.

We employ SSL (“Secure Socket Layer” transmission), one of the most secure technologies on the market today, as our encoding and safeguarding software. This process is used successfully throughout the whole World Wide Web. The secure pages can be recognized by the symbol "locked padlock" () in the lower task bar of the browser. All personal data such as credit card number, bank code account number, name, address and e-mail address are thus transferred encoded and safeguarded through the internet. While transfer is taking place no unauthorized persons are able to read this information.
